Retail Return Policy & Procedure
We’ll gladly offer another alternative or refund on readymade items with a return authorization number. Custom and personalize orders cannot be returned. If there is an error in workmanship on your custom order, please contact us for an immediate resolution.
Readymade items may be returned for credit within 10 days of receipt as long as the item is in original condition with all tags attached. A return authorization number must be obtained from customerservice@lollipopmonkey.com and is required for all returns.
Products must be returned within 10 days of the issuance of the return authorization number. Credit will be issued by method payment was made less shipping charges. Lollipop Monkey has the right to reject a return without a return authorization number or used product that is not in original condition with all tags attached.
Once product is received in good order, we will notify you via email. Shipping charges will only be refunded if it was our error. Any item purchased with a discount code, the discount amount will not be refunded, due to the discount was deducted from the original purchase price.

Care Instructions
All clothing should be hand washed or machine-washed on delicate cycle in cold water using a mild detergent. Lay flat to dry or line dry only, do not place in dryer. Iron with care; avoid ironing over decorations such as ribbons.
All bibs and burp cloths can be machine washed and dried (low temp recommended).
Gift Certificate
Our gift certificate is issued by email or regular mail. Gift certificates are good for 12 months from purchase date.
To redeem your gift certificate enter the redemption code in the discount box in your shopping cart. The total of your order must be at least the amount of the certificate; there is no cash refund for a balance left on the gift certificate.
Sales Tax
Only North Carolina orders are charged sales tax
